We the protesters in Tahrir (written in Tahrir Jan 25th)

We the protesters in Tahrir square, who started the first spark of the ongoing uprising against injustice and tyranny, declare that we responded to the will of the people who suffered 30 years of oppression and poverty under Moubarak and his thieves.

The Egyptians have proven today that they are able to get back their freedom and break the chains of tyranny. The peoples’ demands were declared today in their slogans and they are as follows:

1. Moubarak should abandon power immediately
2. The current government should resign
3. Dissolve the current forged parliament
4. Form a democratic government

We will not leave our place until our demands are met and we call upon all Egyptians, unions, organizations and political parties to struggle to achieve these goals.

Let us plan sittings, demonstrations and strikes until the government has resigned.
